We believe in forming, not just teaching. In building understanding, not repetition.

We do not teach people to reproduce. We develop them to create. Because true education is not about copying.

Martin and Glen have decades of hair industry experience between them, managing and owning central London salons, shaping content, developing brand voice and designing client journeys whilst delivering conferences, brand activations, campaign shoots, website and digital learning platforms and full range of 2D print.

Leaders in their own right, Martin is Founding Head of Design & Digital Development and Glen is Founding Head of Content & Events. Working alongside CEO & Founder Daniele, the three, known as the Engine Room within the Collective, have built the platform supporting Global Hair Collective’s educators, and are shaping the roadmap of brand partnerships, market affiliates and experiences, and that’s just for 2026!

Martin and Glen sit closest to Daniele’s thinking, trusted to challenge, sharpen and shape every major decision before it becomes Global Hair Collective’s next move.

Daniele De Angelis has spent over 20 years in the global hair industry, travelling the world to teach, and mentoring many of the educators now shaping the industry today. His work has been recognised with honours including International Hairdresser of the Year, London Hairdresser of the Year twice over, and Educator of the Year.

Global Hair Collective is his new chapter. Built from a simple belief: that educators deserve a place where they belong to something bigger, without ever losing what makes them their own. As Founder and CEO, Daniele shaped the brand’s vision and standards, and today it is home to educators around the world.

Structure is the foundation. Creativity is the outcome.
