With more than 25 years of experience across education, creative direction, salon leadership, and international stage work, Marino Lambrix has established himself as one of Belgium’s most experienced and respected hairdressers and educators.
His career has taken him through leadership roles within TONI&GUY, international fashion projects, film and television productions, editorial work, salon ownership, and decades of hands-on education across Europe.
Today, Marino combines technical mastery, creative vision, and a passion for developing others, helping shape the next generation of hairdressers both in Belgium and internationally.

As an educator, Marino believes great hairdressers learn to see before they learn to do.
Understanding shape, balance, movement, head shape, personality, and intention allows stylists to make stronger creative decisions and create work with greater confidence.

Within the Global Hair Collective, Marino serves as Head of Education Belgium, leading the development of the Collective across the Belgian market.
Working closely alongside Daniele De Angelis and the wider international team, he is helping build a strong education network that supports talent, creates opportunities, and elevates standards throughout the industry.
Alongside his leadership responsibilities, Marino remains available internationally for education, seminars, creative projects, and industry events.
His vision is to create a lasting impact through education, collaboration, and continuous growth.
