EDUCATION APPROACH
As an educator, Matteo focuses on building confidence as much as technique. His sessions are tailored, energetic, and highly engaging, designed to push hairdressers creatively while giving them practical tools they can immediately apply behind the chair.
Strong foundations remain central to his philosophy. He believes confidence and creativity are built by mastering the basics first and then developing the freedom to evolve beyond them.

GLOBAL HAIR COLLECTIVE
Within the Global Hair Collective, Matteo serves as Head of Education Italy, a key leadership role responsible for shaping the development of the Collective across the Italian market.
Working closely alongside Daniele De Angelis, Matteo leads the growth of education throughout the country, supporting the development of educational programs, seminars, events, and industry partnerships while helping identify and mentor the next generation of Italian educators.
As the primary educational representative for Italy, his role is to build connections, create opportunities, and strengthen the national education network while maintaining alignment with the Collective’s global vision.
Alongside his leadership responsibilities, Matteo remains available internationally for education, seminars, creative projects, and industry events, bringing a contemporary Italian perspective to audiences around the world.
His vision is to help create greater opportunities for the next generation of hairdressers through education, visibility, connection, and continuous growth.
